If I didn't have the cooked potatoes, it would have been something
like this: oil (olive, not EVOO), potatoes, onion, some bell
pepper (opt.), salt, lots of pepper, lots of paprika....
(Probably forgetting something critical.) I usually start cooking
the potatoes etc. before I add the onion, because that gets too
cooked. At some point, I add chopped green olives. Then the egg
mixture....
