Ya know, now I can't say for sure.

I think it was Chilis from the logo. I checked Chi-Chis on wikipedia that
claims the restaurants went out of business in 2004.

I ate there. Maybe it was Chi Chi's. Perhaps they were conducting
"insurance fires?" The way it was cleaned up so fast?

Out of uncertainty, I did check the Chilis online menu and there was no
sign of burritos.

Next chance I get, I'll ask the ACME market folks who were just a few
uphill stair steps away. Certainly they watched it crash and burn!
