I can attest to the fact, after nearly 40 years, that you
will never completely get over missing your parents if you
had a decent relationship, but it does get easier as the
years go by.

Dear Daughter invited us for dinner along with Dear Son and
3 months pregnant daughter-in-law. We had a very nice
visit. Her menu was hors d'oeuvres, roast beef tenderloin,
tiny oven browned potatoes, artichokes, spinach salad, stir
fried snap peas with her version of Peach Melba for dessert.
Homemade cake with chopped fresh peaches and raspberry
coulis. It was all yummy.
