Any chance of moving the fridge to the other end of the cabinets and
installing counter/cabinet in the now empty space to the right of the
range? You'll get a lot of use out of the island counter space too.

I can't believe you've been in a 5th wheel all this time and have
managed to do all the amazing cooking you do in such a space?! You have
patience and talent, girlfriend!!
