I work at home on Fridays, which is the only workday I cook anything for
breakfast, otherwise it's usually cold cereal or a pastry picked up on the
way to work. On Fridays I usually cook pinhead oatmeal. Variations/
additions vary from something as simple as a bit of salt and a chunk of
butter to brown or demarara sugar, toasted nuts, and sliced banana or dried
cranberries.
