I didn't want this to go unappreciated, since it's a little-known technique.
You will be drinking the beer, of course and the precious resins that
collect on the ribs should be scraped and saved. It's myrrh. Or
frankincense, I forget.
The rib bones may be hung in a closet like windchimes; they repel silverfish
and roaches while giving your clothes a lingering and expensive smell. Like
fine root beer aged in a cedar closet.
