If the oven is well insulated, it will give off very little heat during use,
but the heat inside will eventually dissipate into the room. It may be over
10 minutes or 3 hours, but it eventually will. Cheaper appliances will lose
more heat during the cooking process.

As for the burners, I've not found it to be a problem, but yes, they do give
off heat. Only way to avoid heating the kitchen a bit is a vent to suck out
the excess. Never found it to be a problem though, even on hot days.
