Default What's a famous food brand from your town?

Having lived in Philadelphia for nine years, I can proudly proclaim that I've
never eaten a cheesesteak. The whole idea seems flawed to me: barely seasoned
meat sliced so thin that it doesn't feel like steak, smeared with onions and
mushrooms in order to disguise the lack of flavor, then smothered in melted
cheese and slapped on soggy bread. Really, if my characterization is flawed,
correct me.
