Cold Cuts
I bought two packs at our local Walmarts - both were packaged in
Mexico.
Pedrugada Salami con Jamon Serrano
Pedrugada Salami Hungario
I had dreams of making a declicious Italiam sandwich with onions,
lettuce and tomato; I also had plain boiled-ham to add.
But the packaged meat is so salty - it gives you a jolt when you taste
it - akin to anchovies.
I don't understand how you can eat and enjoy this. Is there an
effective way of soaking out the salt?
