Why be a-feared of garlic powider, blake? It's not like Lot's wife turned
into a pillar of *garlic powder* or anything...

Checking my Larousse Gastronomique I see that:

- garlic powder was considered an aphrodisiac by the ancients. Old
Cleopatterer made a "love potion" out of it to snare Marc Antony...

- Medieval folks wore it in amulets around their necks to ward off the
plague and also vampires...

- France produces the largest amount of garlic powder annually...

- Like whole garlic, garlic powder can also make one prone to "pass gas"...

- The Rev. Fred Phelps has claimed that garlic powder can make ya
queer...and "ungodly"!

Now isn't that all just fascinatin'...???

;-)
