My wife and I have a "secret code". When one of us makes a new recipe,
we ask the other how they liked it. Unless it was a disaster, the
answer is always "good". Then the next question is whether it's worth a
repeat. If not, then it was OK but not that successful. If yes, then
it was successful. Sometimes we'll be more enthusiastic.
