Well, except for a few jerks with NOTHING to contribute, so far --

black vinegar, lop cheong sausages are on the list....everything else
I'm familiar with.

I know the basics -- like I say, lemongrass etc.

AND -- when I mentioned tofu, I was actually talking about the "stinky
tofu" as made famous
on bizzare foods.
