thanks. This isn't it, but I think I'll keep it.

Caught me in mustard making mode. Started two batches yesterday,
one a german take, 1:1 yellow/white and brown mustard seed, the
other a scandanavian creamy yellow mustard with dill.

Of course, it will take months before they become mature. (sigh!)
