Still on just coffee company on the way.

Made a good Stroganoff this morning about 9:00 to simmer slowly in the crock
pot.

1 onion diced & sautéed
8 Oz.button mushrooms quartered sautéed with the onions
1 3 Lb sirloin cubed salt pepper & floured & browned
1 can beef broth to deglaze the pan
EVOO & butter
1 cup sour cream

Crock pot on low till dinner.
