In that same amount of time, or less, I'd rather make a sandwich from
wholesome ingredients, or toss together a meal-style salad, or have a
bowl of miso soup with tofu and veggies, all of which I can make in 5
minutes or less, with far more nutrition and far less
salt/preservatives/junk than Easy Mac, and usually for less money.
(However, if you LIKE Easy Mac and it's what you're in the mood for, and
you can afford it, go for it.)
