With a hypodermic needle? One of those plastic squeeze bottles
with the narrow spout used for ketchup or cake decorating? Wilton
makes the latter. A perfume funnel?

Ask your pharmacist for one of the syringe-type things they use
for giving liquid meds to babies. That might be narrow enough.
