Back when I used to have a meat grinder I used to hot sear 2" thick
top rounds, then trim the fat and grind it. I'd grill it for my wife,
but I'd eat it just like that. That was many years ago, in the time
of briquets. It'd be even better now seared over wood.
Is it worth me buying another hand cranked grinder? I wonder?
