Both of them are State of Hawaii forms. The top one is the original and
the bottom one is a copy the State issues. As it goes, the state likes
to keep the original - go figure! One might utilize a form like this to
fulfill requests for, oh I don't know... stuff like... maybe... proof
that you're eligible to run for the office of President of the US?

The copy is rather plain and undistinguished looking but it does have a
nifty state seal embossed on it - which is not shown in the photo. I
think they should hot glue a gold sticker with a faux ribbon or
something to spiff it up a bit. I'll bet that that would satisfy the
idiots out there who claim that it doesn't look "real." :-)

One thing's for sure, Obama is more legit that me - I was born in the
Territory of Hawaii, he was born in the State of Hawaii. My family's
roots in America only goes back 3 generations - his goes back a lot
further. For this reason, I cannot, in good conscience, run for office
of president. :-)
