That's not him, but just one of the YouTube videos I found about nitinol.
Funny but today after seeing that video I didn't realize the wire was
reactive to heat because the little plaque he was given when he retired had
the wire strung across two nodes connected to a button that I guess (now)
heated it up. Me and my sister applied heat to it and it returned to the
twisted word "nitinol" even though the wire was broken in the middle.
