True dat, but "bulk" here refers to the fact the meat isn't in a
casing... we can buy it in bulk, we aren't limited to casings.

Only the Americans who put on airs in RFC for whatever reason (like
trying to be understood by Europeans)... or maybe they're naturalized
Americans.

BTW: *We* call it called "ground" meat. We don't call it "minced"
meat (unless it was chopped up in the food processor or we used a
knife to do it).
