What were the firefighters supposed to do to keep him away? I am not
sure what they mean by an "industrial saw", but that implies it was
powered, and since the line was down I am assuming it would be gas
powered. That would be quite a weapon to use against unarmed
firefighters. I suppose they could have tried lethal fore to stop him
from getting himself killed. I would suggest that repeated warnings
would fulfil their responsibility. I suppose that if the family can
find a lawyer sleazy enough to try to take the case to court the
firefighters could counter sue against the estate for the trauma the
suffered from witnessing Darwinin theory in person.
