This one time though, I'd check the spices out. I seem to recall some
conditions require care with some spices.

Same here! Now, time to finish up here as the picnic develops! Starts at
noon. In another thread, you'll see I have 37 guests. 4 full picnic tables
and 2 child ones in the backyard, and a big long one just for all the food.
Don's got the smoker/grill starting up.
