We get Chinese food each Thursday. I got the Cashew Chicken one time.
It was rather odd. It was essentially fried chicken nuggets, with a
sort of thick chicken gravy and cashews. Not very "Chinesy" at all. I
did add a couple of packets of soy sauce that time.
