<lol> Neither do I so all ingredients are approximations. I usually make
stuff up as I go along but if something comes out exceptionally well,
I'll write it down for my own records, and to share. That lemon/lime
tarragon chicken with paprika was one of those examples. ;-d

My sister liked it so much, she's made it twice already. I bought her
some of the stuff since she did not have the Tarragon or dried lemon
peel.

Herbs/spices are cheap at our local store in the bulk section!
