I had a little chunk of leftover steak and some shrimp in the freezer.
To me this screamed stir fry.
I sliced the steak, diced the shrimp and got together some sauce
ingredients. Did I remember to snip some lemongrass for the sauce,
noooo.

The veggies were added to the oil in the stir fry pan.

When the veggies were close to being done, they were set aside and the
meat was added to the pan.

Once the meat was warmed up, the veggies were added back into the pan
along with the shrimp.

Then I made a sauce of soy sauce, ponzu, kecap manis, garlic, ginger,
and a squirt of sriracha. I mixed some arrowroot with some warm water
and added that to the sauce.

Served with some rice cooked in chicken broth. That one piece of
broccoli facing the wrong way is one of many reasons why I couldn't be
a food stylist.

I'm ready for my close up Mr. De Mille

I'm going to have a good lunch tomorrow.
