Years ago I'd prepare an entire week's worth of salad on the weekend and
mete it out in large tupperware-like bowls lined up in the fridge to bring
to work each day... soggy salad never bothered me.
I love LOs the next day... all kinds. I like slices of cold baked potato,
each slice topped with something... from peanut butter, to ketchup, mustard,
cheese, to a good schmear of garlic black bean sauce.
