Yes, I can. Apparently you are unfamiliar with
a phenomenon called multidrug resistance, and its
causes. It is caused by up-regulation of several
drug clearance mechanisms, in particular those mediated
by P-gp and CYP3A4.

You may have given poor advice, which accelerated
progress toward multidrug resistance for some of
your patients.
