Default Fried Prosciutto

Proscuitto wrapped around asparagus and sautéed in a little EVOO.
It really concentrates the salt, though.

I've heard about the practice before, but this is all I can find on
the subject right now. Please forgive me that it's from an
Australian newspaper.
