I have no idea what Dining In (capitalized) means, but we order in at
twice a week on average. Dinner choices are limited to the
restaurants in my area that deliver. We don't go into a restaurant
and order take out (burritos excepted - but that's a taqueria). More
restaurants in the area will do that rather than deliver.
