Zucchini, crookneck squash, mexican zucchini, any mushrooms, celery,
broccoli, cauliflower (and related veggies), asparagus.
Just cannot stand raw carrots, love them cooked. ;-)
Raw onions, same same.
Forget bell peppers, raw or cooked! Those make me feel ill.
