Om - Thanks to you, I just put a can of beets, into a large jar of
pickle juice with 8 freshly hard boiled eggs (12 minutes at a soft boil).

I'm going to blame you if they do not turn out well in a week, but at
the same time, I'll praise you if they do :-)
