That reminds me of this old chestnut-

What's the difference between heaven and hell?

In heaven the cooks are French, the lovers are Italian, the police are
English, the engineers are German, and the place is run by the Swiss.

In hell the cooks are English, the lovers are Swiss, the engineers are
French, the police are German, and the place is run by the Italians.
