Two more ideas: pasta with fresh tomato sauce, and falafel
sandwiches (with a nice tomato-cucumber etc. salad in the pita
too). For the latter, I make a dressing from dark sesame oil,
lemon juice, and garlic salt. It is a very messy,
eat-over-the-sink sandwich.
