Really matters not what they call it, if it contains no oysters it's not
oyster sauce, unless Chinese tradition permits... perhaps made with
*artificial oyster*, as in oyster substitute, as in made with fermented
seaweed. Btw, all anchovy are fermented, it's just a matter of degree...
fermented is a culinary term that sounds nicer than rotted.
