Tea hee. I grew up in Hawaii and lots of people eat a lot of Spam
there. I'm not one of em but about once a year I'll get a craving.
I prefer it sliced thin and fried with a nice crispy outside. I'm
assuming an English twist by both the mushroom/beans side and the 2 UK
newsgroups (I'm in rec.food.cooking)

LOL at Spam-Lamb from outside this thread and I'm so so on the "Spam
Musubi" (spam sushi) which is another local Hawaiian favorite.
