Bet my bottom dollar I could make it slice off my fingertips.
Without hardly trying. I shudder just thinking about it.
I was cutting an avocado about a month back when my wife was out of the
house.
Looked like a war zone when she came back. The Wusthof slipped just a tiny
bit.
I've been doing that for years. Motorbikes, knives,
surfboards.......electrical power points, toaster.
I really have to take more care.
