Christine - Good point. I usually plan ahead enough when wanting
something specific like a BLT to make sure I have the best ingredients
I can get. Best sourdough, best vine ripe tomato, best lettuce. Favorite
bacon. I make the mayo if I have enough uses for it over the course of
the week, Since that usually isn't the case, I normally use Helmanns.

Anyway, the purpose of the post was to say I don't often use the same
lettuce. Whatever is freshest is what I normally get, and the variations
are pretty nice. Never thought about basil though, I'll have to give
that a try.
