Smart move. The homeless hog up all the benches, tear them apart, etc. So
no normal person would want to sit on the benches or even be *near* them...

Anyways, if the homeless want to sit or recline they in this particular case
can go to the homeless shelter - right...???

Here in Chicawgo benches have a barrier in the middle so the homeless can't
stretch out and sleep on them...

It's obvious that you are ignernt of the vagaries of modern urban life,
cyberkitty...
