Andy, I have made shrimp stuffed with jalapeņo, but the horseradish
sounds nice. Speaking of which, I have looked for prepared horseradish
in 3 stores, but all I can find is creamed horseradish or horseradish
sauce. Is that just a problem here in Louisiana?
