Yep. Canning is great for a lotta things, but peas and spinach are not
among them. Frozen is ok.

Worked in an all-U-can-eat buffet. Peas w/ diced cheddar cheese in a
mayo dressing (that's all!) wuz a major mover. Even I liked it. Go
figure.
