That list is not complete, the McDonald's around here only have one size
of biscuit, they offer biscuit and gravy at all the stores. I eat that
one frequently and have a low tolerance for salt, doesn't taste that
salty to me. I rather suspect the menu varies greatly according to the
region. For example: Louisiana and Texas stores don't have spam and eggs
on the menu like the Hawaii stores do.
