Default Bacon S'Mores???? Yum?? Or yuck?? Bacon and chocolate

Next time I fry-up some bacon, perhaps I'll make a "bacon s'more" some
how with bacon, dark chocolate and what????? But, what makes a good
substitute for the graham crackers given the bacon & dark chocolate?
Saltine crackers? Matzo? Triscuits? Ritz? Toast? English muffins?
Biscuits? etc.??? What else?

Sky, who first had this "bacon s'mores" idea!!!!! (mabye?? giggle)
