Ha! Good idea! I was thinking I'd flatten the meat on the surface
and cut it... like they showed, but your way is better. I like it! I
could cut some waxed paper or saran to line the pan which would mean
less banging to get the meat out. Hmmm. I should think of a reason
to make meatballs now.
