I would like to try the short ribs by Chiarello.... mmmm. I really
wanted Hubert Keller to win though, he's been excellent and impressive
throughout the season. He totally deserved his previous two $10k wins.
I thought he was great as a mentor too. As much as I enjoy Italian
food and Chiarello's cooking show, his attitude during the episode
with the assistants put me off.
