I'm torn what to make for dinner.

I have a package of ricotta about to pass its use by date. I want
this:

I have some little smokies and a couple packages of biscuits. I want
to make pigs-in-a-blanket.

I have a 3-4 lb package of chicken breasts thawing. Chicken is always
good.

Anyone ever have days like this?
