After reading the ricotta recipe, I noticed that it takes a day to
strain the cheese, so I went with the pigs in a blanket with home made
biscuits (as I was actually out of the Grands (and you can't say you
can make a better biscuit than Grands - I wouldn't believe you w/o a
recipe)).
Also, a plain chicken breast pounded out and cooked plain with garlic
infused olive oil and salt/pepper - deglazed with chicken base or white
wine and served with some type of starch is great. Not flavorless at
all.
