I should have mentioned that if you try this,
you should make sure you will be safe if you
lose consciousness. It's never happened to me,
but if you black out, you don't want to a) fall
and hit something, or b) blackout with the bag
over your face obstructing breathing.
With regard to a), don't do it sitting in a chair.
Do it on the floor or sitting in the middle of
a bed.
With regard to b), it's an unlikely hazard and
you'll have a short period of time as the black
out begins to snatch the bag away from your face.
Knowing of the hazard will prepare you for the
proper response at the onset of blackout.
