caprese salad

I was getting a bit tired of the Caprese combination. Tonight's dinner was a
salad with tomatoes and basil, but far divorced from Caprese! The salad had
lettuce, arugula, tuna, heirloom tomatoes, basil, cilantro, toasted almonds,
and toasted pumpkin seeds. The dressing was made with white wine vinegar,
olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Lin made it, and it was yummy.
