Get your facts straight. The show isn't on the Food Network.
Hell's Kitchen is a bit like Marine Corps Boot Camp. If you can't cut it
you'll get your ass booted out

In this case, to apply a more quaint
phrase, "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen". Very apt.
Especially when competing for the position as head chef in a huge restaurant
as the prize.
