Didn't we Brits send you out there with a basic understanding of what

Then you threw the toys out of the pram and invented a rubbish cup
system of measurement that is no good for the rest of the world, or even
the modern USA. Even our colonies of Australia, New Zealand and Canada
use a metric cup :-)

Then you tried to pass off your ignorance of the English language as a
